Review: Dame Aer
Suction toys go one of two ways for me: I either absolutely adore them, or I only use them once and never again. For me, Dame is a new company that I am just trying out. They have been on my radar since their first crowdfunded toys. The Eva and the Kip. Their newest toy, the Aer, drew my attention when Betty’s Toy Box offered it for review. I was more than willing to roll the dice and see how my experience was going to turn out.
Dame Aer Stats
The Dame Aer is a suction toy, made to simulate oral stimulation. It is primarily made to be used on the clitoris, but it can be used on nipples as well. The large opening is made to create a seal around the skin while it creates gentle pulses of air. This mimics the flutter of a tongue and the suction of a mouth. It has five levels of pulsation speeds, and even at its highest speed, it is very quiet. It is made of silicone all over, save for the plastic and metal magnets where the charge port is. This makes it waterproof so you can use it in the shower or tub.
To turn it on, you use the largest of the buttons on the top edge of the toy by holding it down for only a moment. Then cycle up and down by using the smaller and slightly raised button for up and the recessed button for down. There is a small green light that lets you know when it is on. It also lights up when charging via USB.

So What Did I Think?
The first time I used the Dame Aer, I was left pleasantly surprised at the end. Mainly because of the orgasm that came out of nowhere. I was slowly working my way up through the five different pulsation levels, only to hit the fifth and highest setting. Then I suddenly was getting off? And not just a little orgasm either! This was a toe-curling, leg-shaking kind of orgasm. The kind that you ride out because all you can do is hold on for dear life. Though too sensitive to try for another in a short time.
Upon second testing, I got to indulge a little more with the suction. I found how the squish of the opening allowed for the Aer to create a perfect seal around my clit. I almost couldn’t feel the toy save for the suction it was so light as it held on. Gentle is the best word for how I felt about my experience with the Aer this time. Moving up and down in the settings of intensity was perfect for experiencing the slow come-up on my own.
But even then, the orgasm once I hit that highest level seemed to just strike when I least expected it. Just as mind-blowing as before. But this time I was able to quickly turn the toy down which lowered the intensity before I got too sensitive. This time, I was able to work up to a second orgasm rather quickly by going back to the highest setting after a few moments.. This honestly is the first suction toy that has really felt like the suction of a mouth or flicker of a tongue, rather than just another suction toy.
Controls and Cleaning
I found the Aer’s controls easy to use. Even though they only have small differences between them, I could easily feel which button I was on by the shape. And because it is waterproof, clean-up is quick and easy. Though I do like to take a cotton swab to the opening so that I can make sure to get deep inside for cleaning where sometimes things can build up. But the opening size is perfect for that detailed task.
The Dame Aer seems like it is a calm breeze until it is an intense hurricane. It is a comfortable and easy suction toy to have in your toy box. If you are looking for something that is going to give you gentle but strong oral-like stimulation, the Aer certainly might be for you. You can get it from Betty’s Toy Box for $99.99.
Thank you to Betty’s Toy Box for sending me the Dame Aer in exchange for this unbiased review. All opinions and writings are my own.
