Review: Dildo Wand From Geeky Sex Toys
My love for a certain sailor suited warrior is well documented. It has been a series that has been with me for ages at this point. When I saw the Dildo Wand that Geeky Sex Toys makes. I was seriously excited to add it to my dildo arsenal.
Dildo Wand
The Dildo Wand is made to resemble Sailor Moon’s iconic first ‘weapon’ the Crescent Moon Wand. The crescent moon at the top is made from a golden yellow resin. While the handle itself is made of pink silicone with an acrylic core so it is firm with a soft tip. The crystal that sits in the moon looks to actually be 3-D.
The handle of the wand is insertable. With a good mix of ridges and bumps that are great for stimulation and just a slight amount of texture. The toy itself is 11.25″ long though only 5.75″ inches are insertable.
The toy itself comes in a very nice cotton bag that has the Geeky Sex Toys logo on a small tag. As well as this one came with a pink ribbon to match the handle of the toy.
So What Did I Think
One of the first things you have to figure out with the Dildo Wand is how to hold it. Under the crescent moon does not make for much to grab it by. So I suggest holding it by the curve of the moon itself. Also, make sure you point it upwards. I had a moment in which it had fallen to the side and the point of the moon scratched my thigh. Not great when you a thrusting at speed. Though could be very interesting for sensation play to be very honest.1
When I got the handle of it, the toy was wonderful to use. The different ridges and bumps are smooth. No texture but they do provide a great sensation. The tip of the wand has just enough flex ability that if you tip the toy you can get just a little stimulation to the G-spot though not too much for me. While it isn’t thick or filling it is a good toy for simple insertion. With a vibrator of choice, I was able to have a very pleasant orgasm.
Now with cleanup, this is a toy I suggest taking a small brush to when washing it. The details of the moon and the ridges of the crystal are rather fine. So if any fluids get on them they could stick around there.
Overall Thoughts
Geeky Sex Toys has made an impression for me with this toy. I really enjoy it! A simple and basic toy, with a lot of flair for a fandom that is playful. The Dildo Wand is just fun. Also a great prop toy for any cam/video models who have an anime aesthetic. While it is a bit pricy at $115 and does ship from Australia. It is an item I would honestly splurge for.
