Review: Inya The Kiss Fluttering Flower Vibe

Review: Inya The Kiss Fluttering Flower Vibe

Today’s review has me seeing double. Inya’s The Kiss is very reminiscent of a toy that I reviewed last year. Why is this? Well let’s talk about the toy first and then we can break down the whys.

The Kiss Stats

The Kiss by Inya is a lovely rosebud-designed toy, meant for clitoral or pinpoint stimulation. Using rapid tongue-like vibrations, it has 10 separate functions. Breaking down to #number of speeds and #number of patterns. The majority of the toy is covered in silicone, but it does contain ABS plastic as well. The Kiss has a singular button used for navigation. There’s also a travel lock—just hold the button down for three seconds to turn the lock on or off. The toy has about 90 minutes (1.5 hours) of playtime and 75 min of charge time.

Using a magnetic USB charging station makes The Kiss waterproof and easy to clean.

So What Do I Think?

My dear readers, it is easy to say what I think about The Kiss because in some ways I have already written this review before. The Kiss is the exact same toy as the Inbloom Tulipa, in every way save for color and having a single extra vibration function. This is due to a practice in manufacturing known as white-labeling.

What Is White-Labeling

A white-label product is a product or service produced by one company that other companies rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it. The name derives from the image of a white label on the packaging that can be filled in with the marketer’s trade dress. White label products are sold by retailers with their own trademark but the products themselves are manufactured by a third party.

This practice has recently been honestly booming with the influx of floral-shaped toys. Since the rose-shaped air pulse vibe went wild on TikTok, white labeling has allowed many companies to jump on the viral trend as quickly as possible because they don’t have to manufacture a new toy. In this case, it is just changing the color of the toy so that it seems different. But when it comes down to the basics, it is the very same.

Back To The Kiss

Now, this is not to say that The Kiss is a bad toy. It still is a very good toy. The fluttering tongue motions are unique and distinct while in use. Though due to the size of the petal tongue, you really only feel like you are getting the tip. So I don’t really find that it is a good ‘oral sex simulator’ because a tongue can just do so much more than repetitively flutter at different speeds. However, that is what some people do enjoy, so if that is your jam this is a perfect toy for just that.

For me, it was far more useful as a toy to help me edge just a little bit longer or as a warm-up before I use more powerful toys. If you are someone who prefers gentle vibration and touch when it comes to your toys, this one will be great for you.

Overall Thoughts

Even though it is a white label toy, The Kiss is still a good model of toy. My recommendation is to get it from brands or stores that you can generally trust, rather than finding it on Amazon. This way, you know you are at least getting a vetted version.

You can get the Inya The Kiss in Purple or Dark Teal for $46.99 at Betty’s Toy Box
